Our Story
I graduated from ASU in 1980 and my older son graduated in 2008. During his time here we purchased a fixer-upper house and rented rooms to his friends. After he moved on the property was a rental, but it was getting trashed. So we took it over, use it as a get-away destination, and rent it out privately or through Airbnb to help pay the bills. We’re not professional hosts, and we’re picky about who stays in our home. But we’re genuinely concerned about you having a great experience. We want you to enjoy this property and Tempe as much as we do.

Our Property
This is a classic 60’s style ranch home with an opened-up floor plan that’s easy to live in. The living room has comfy seating for 6 and a sturdy coffee table across from a 55” smart Samsung TV. Access to basic Youtube TV, Netflicks, Prime, and MLB TV provided; premium movies not included. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with an ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, tea pot, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and silverware. It does not have a dishwasher. All rooms have ceiling fans and are heated and cooled. The master bedroom has a king-sized Tuft n Needle foam bed, an oversized closet, and its own bath with a shower. Two secondary bedrooms have queen sized beds and share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Soaps and shampoos are provided in both baths. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers, a luggage rack (2 racks in master), and extra blankets and linens. There’s a Pack n Play crib in one closet if you have a wee one. In the central hallway has a linen closet stuffed with towels, extra TP, paper towels, tissues, an iron, and some basic cleaning supplies including sanitary wipes. Across from the linen closet are a full-sized washer and dryer with laundry soap on the shelf. The fenced-in rear yard has a gas grill, gas fire pit, covered patio, patio chairs, and is accessed through an enclosed patio room that’s suited for storing bikes or a morning yoga session. The home has one carport space with driveway parking behind.
